Customer Payment Agreement:
After initial consultation Customer agrees to pay Back To Skye High Credit LLC a first work fee (3-5 days after enrollment), and each subsequent month fee for work performed the previous month(30 days after first work fee.) BTSHC will send notifications of work performed and invoices each month. Customer can request a cancellation of future services by BTSHC anytime before (12AM MST) next billing date without penalty or further charges.
Refund Policy Disclosure:
Back To Skye High Credit LLC strives to provide excellent service, satisfied customers and significant results. BTSHC will only accept new customers that can benefit from our services. The service provided by BTSHC is backed by a refund policy that entitles Customers to a full refund.
If BTSHC is not successful in deleting/correcting a combined total of 3 inaccurate items from Customer’s credit report in 180 days, a full refund will be made. The 180 days will begin upon receipt of initial credit reports.
NOTICE: All documentation from the Credit Reporting Agency will be sent directly to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to forward to BTSHC all documentation promptly or this refund may be considered null and void. This is required to obtain the best possible results.
